Hi, my name is Anita Hampton and since my gastric sleeve surgery in 2017, I've had to change to a low carb life style.

 

Being a foodie that change caused me to have to create recipes for my favorite high carb foods. I'm a follower of the philosophy, if it's not as good as, or better than the original, I'll just eat it as it is, but rarely and in smaller portions. What that has meant for me is a lot of trial and error, refining and researching each time I create a new recipe.

I've created this blog so that I have a place to share these recipes with my family and friends; and anyone else doing low carb. I'm not the type to blog on the daily, so don't expect that. I'll add content as I have new things to share. Sometimes that may be daily, weekly or monthly; there's no way to say. Regardless, I hope what you find here will be a blessing for you.
